
Goldfinch Books Poetry Night
First Thursday of the month, 7:30pm-9:30pm.
A cozy, friendly poetry night held monthly at Goldfinch Books – a bookshop, cafe, bar, and events space in Alton, Hampshire. Whether you want to sign up for the open mic or sit back and enjoy some poetry with a glass of wine (or mug of tea), you will receive a very warm welcome.

Bournemouth Writing Festival – Poetry Marquee
Saturday 25th April
I am so excited to be taking part in Bournemouth Writing Festival! Come and join me for a poetry writing walk, taking inspiration from the city – from its shops to its beach – as we stroll. Or come along to my free poetry drop-in at the Poetry Marquee to have a go at haiku or just chat poetry with me.
Please note that the walking workshop has to be booked as there are limited numbers, tickets £15. The drop-in is free and doesn’t need booking.
